Detox Bath


 More of my articles mentioned earlier to prepare an article on how we see fit to detox bath. As you know, the busy city life, many factors such as unbalanced diet and poor quality, and long-term accumulation of toxins in the body, causing many diseases. To
detoxify our body at specific intervals (3 to 4 times a year to once a month, for instance) is very good for your health to detoxify.

 Here's a recipe that you can apply at home:
150 grams of sea salt
60 grams of Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate)
30 grams of dried kelp (seaweed)
125 g carbonate
 Sea salt, kelp, and the British salt through the blender, mix the powder with soda water, stir in the hot tub. Stay in the bathtub for about 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
